Customer Contractual Agreement and General Terms
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) of service are effective immediately and are subject to change without notice. These Terms supersede and replace all previous Terms published by Esson Solutions. Please read our Terms carefully because they affect your legal rights.
Quotes
All quotes for service are subject to change without notice unless specifically agreed to in writing. Additional fees may be assessed if the shipment weighs more than the value entered or if the dimensions/distance are greater than selected for the quote. By acceptance of the quote, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
Prohibited Items
Customers are strictly PROHIBITED from shipping any of the following:
- Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Waste
- Cash, Coins, or Money Orders
- Live Animals or Carcasses
- Human Remains
- Counterfeit / Fake Goods
- Weapons and Firearms
- Illegal Drugs or Contraband
Warranties & Limitation of Liabilities
The Customer provides WARRANTY to Esson Solutions that they are the owner or authorized agent of the goods and that all goods are properly packaged.
Claims
All Claims must be filed in writing within 10 days from the scheduled date of delivery. After 10 days, Esson Solutions shall not be liable.
Cancellation
Full refund if requested 3+ hours before service. Less than 3 hours will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee of the original price.
