How do I track my shipment?

Enter your tracking ID (e.g., #ORD-XXXX) in the tracking bar on the home screen or inside the merchant mobile app.

What is your cut-off time for same-day shipping?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM WAT are processed and shipped the same day. Orders after this time are shipped the next business day.

Do you integrate with Shopify?
